Robert Vasquez is a Dominican Republic-based editorial, celebrity, and travel photographer specializing in lifestyle, weddings, and portraits. His photography journey began as a graphic designer for Listin Diario, a prominent newspaper of the Dominican Republic, before discovering his passion for photography. Over the past decade, he has become one of the Top Photographers in Natal, Dominican Republic.
His work has graced the covers and interiors of leading publications such as Hola España and Hola México. Collaborations with renowned brands like Louis Vuitton, Cenia New York, and MINI COOPER showcase his versatility. Robert's MINI-related work secured him third place in Latin America's "MINI Content Club 2022" contest.
His lens has captured celebrities like Kate del Castillo, Geraldine Bazán, and Fernando Colunga. Robert's naturalistic approach and consistently warm images reflect his genuine sensibility. Beyond photography, he is the creator of a store offering Lightroom Presets, empowering fellow photographers to enhance their editing skills.

VP of Inclusion and Diversity at TD Cowen, is a seasoned strategic business partner with over two decades of experience. Her impact extends beyond TD Cowen, holding a DEI certification from Cornell University. As a DEI Mentor for the Sorkin Center, she empowers nonprofit leaders in effective initiatives. Tyra's passion for I&D shines in her leadership of the TDS Black Employee Network and co-founding Cowen Black Network. Since 2000, she's been a driving force, shaping equity and belonging at TD Cowen. Ms. Orange, a BA graduate from The City College of New York, is a trailblazer in fostering inclusivity.

Alex Snodgrass is a recipe developer, entrepreneur, 3x New York Times’ Bestselling cookbook author, investor, and the founder of the popular blog and social media outlet, The Defined Dish. Her new company, Side Dish, launched in September of 2022 and includes a collection multi- faceted dressings meant to make mealtime more enjoyable and delicious. A graduate of TCU, Alex now lives in Dallas with her husband and two young daughters.
